Saurabhinfosys does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saurabhinfosys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Saurabhinfosys ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the True Name Meaning application ("App") on iOS or Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this EULA and any applicable App Store rules.

The App, including all content, design, graphics, software, and related materials, is owned by Saurabhinfosys and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Saurabhinfosys.
Licensor may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App. Such updates may be required to continue using the App. Licensor reserves the right to discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NAME MEANINGS AND INTERPRETATIONS ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. Sections 4, 6, 7, and 9 shall survive termination.
This EULA is governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction, as permitted by law.
